A few short weeks later, they had selected their venue and confirmed the date with me. I was excited by their choice of venue – The Bonded Warehouse in Stourbridge, West Midlands, and there was a narrowboat involved!
I was welcomed in to their home amidst furry friends and hot chocolate as we talked all things “ceremonial.” I had previously sent them a fun questionnaire that we completed together (this helps me build a picture of the couple), but they had gone above and beyond by creating an inspiration board that gave me a real insight into their relationship. Anyway – let’s short cut to the ceremony …
They opted for a handfasting (they made the scarf themselves), read their vows to each other, and had two friends sing. Their photographer captured all the great moments of their special clay. A picture paints a thousand words – and these photos say it all!!

Thank you so much for the beautiful ceremony you prepared and delivered for us on Saturday. We are both still on Cloud 9, laughing and smiling at the memories made. Without exception, every single guest has commented to us about how personal and how beautiful the ceremony was. Many comments have been that it was the best wedding they have ever been to.
Thank you so much for truly making our day xx
It was indeed a very special and very fun day. Was lovely to meet you and you did a fantastic job and if was getting married again, you would be at the top of the list to do it! Well done! Caught exactly the mood of the day, you captured Mark and Louise perfectly and you were a pleasure to work alongside. Thanks for making MY day easy! Oh and I can’t take credit for every photo you added…a couple of those definitely aren’t mine 😉 Keep up the great work and service you do!
