Once in a while love gives us a fairy-tale; Once in a while I get to officiate a destination ceremony; I’m delighted that Yvette & James’s Lake Como wedding at Villa del Balbienello features on the award winning blog Engaged & Ready.
Everything about this ceremony and the wedding was magical. The venue was kept a secret from the guests, the ceremony included a harpist, a unity candle, a gift of a single rose to symbolise new beginnings given to the mother’s of the bride and groom, Italian gelato, a heartfelt reading and personal vows.
